Put the Data folder in the root of the game, activate it in the launcher or manager of DIS_Replacer.esp and lower it as low as possible in the list of mods, taking into account the item about incompatible mods. If you're having troubles with clippings and low poly 3d meshes, you can increase the poly counts using 3ds max Tesselate or Turbosmooth modifier which can help a lot with the weighing process, giving you a lot more controls over how the meshes move, plus everything looks smoother.
